Message	remove the fog lights and turn signals, sand down the grey area and tape off. Paint with bumper coating and the difference will be amazing. It will look like a new bumper and would only take an afternoon and about 15 dollars in supplies. Secondary note, install smoked turn signals and fog light ducts for an added aggressive look.
